Tuesday Teaser!

Happy 2018 to all of you! We're in the deep freeze here in Illinois so I thought I'd post some sex scenes to warm us up. Grins. I know, I know....too early to be thinking of such things. Or is it? Last time I checked, there's no designated time for loving.

Here are some of my favorite scenes from the last three books in the Horizons Series. As you can see from my new banner, we're dealing with a new generation of characters. I hope you'll welcome them into your hearts as you did the original cast.

Chyna Doll, Horizons Series: Book Four

Lil Lampert’s forty-fifth birthday turns the effervescent architect into a brooding mess, and his partner, Grier Dilorio, takes him to Italy to help him regain his zest for life. The timing is bad—almost-fifteen-year-old Luca has just started high school, and his mother and stepfather are also traveling. Luca is left in the care of Chicago Bear, Clark Stevens, and his partner, Dr. Jody Williams.

Growing up with two dads and two gay uncles has given Luca a unique perspective on gender roles, but not all the answers. He’s had a secret crush on his straight best friend, Chip, for years. Suddenly, Luca finds himself attracted to Chyna, Chip’s twin sister. Now he's wondering if this means he’s bisexual.

Born with a sexual development disorder, Chyna should have been raised as a male, but due to an epic parenting fail, is being raised as female. Hiding the truth becomes more difficult when Chyna hits puberty, and crushing over Luca adds another element to Chyna’s struggle to fit in.

Is Luca's moral compass strong enough to guide him successfully through this period of discovery or will he succumb to peer pressure and shatter Chyna's dreams for happiness?

Excerpt
In this scene, Luca and Chyna have stopped for ice cream. Chyna's still passing as female so the pronouns reflect her current state of mind.

Luca paid for both of their Blizzards, and they went to sit on one of the picnic benches outside the small store. Chyna had selected the M&M’s medium size while he ordered the extra-large Butterfinger. They ate in silence for about ten minutes, enjoying the calorific frozen treat. Luca was still unsettled by their earlier conversation and having the hardest time staying away from the topic of doctors.
“You do know that Tito Jody is head of emergency at Barrington Hospital,” Luca said casually. “If you need to see someone for a second opinion, he’d be a good source.”
Chyna blinked several times, appearing to hold back tears. “That’s nice of you to volunteer your uncle’s services when you don’t even know what I have. I’ll keep him in mind.”
“He’s pretty cool and I know he’s a good listener too. Daddio talks to him a lot whenever he’s freaking out over age-related stuff,” Luca pointed out. “And since he’s a doctor, anything you tell him is confidential.”
“Thank you, Luca.”
He waited, hoping Chyna would cave and tell him what was bothering her, but she didn’t. “Let’s talk about something more fun,” Luca suggested. “Did you buy your outfit for the dance yet?”
Chyna bobbed her head and swallowed. “I lucked out and found something at Marshalls, where Mom works. Saved her a bit of skrill.”
“What color’s your dress?” he asked.
“Brown.”
“Light or dark?”
“Sort of a nutmeg.”
“What’s that?” Luca asked, trying to picture the shade.
“It’s greyish-brown.”
“Oh. That’ll look good with your coloring.”
“That’s what Mom said.”
Luca reached out and caught a lock of her hair and twirled it around his finger. “I’ll bet you look great,” he said softly. “Do you still want the wristlet?”
“It would be easier, I think.”
“Good, that way I won’t have to pin anything on your dress and stab you by accident.”
Chyna laughed. “Sounds good. Are you wearing a tux?”
“Yeah, I think so. I’ll wear a cummerbund to match your dress.”
“I had no idea you were such a fashionista,” Chyna said teasingly.
“Blame it on Daddio,” Luca said.
“It’s not a bad thing,” Chyna reassured him. “Only unusual in a football player. Chip couldn’t care less what I wear.”
“I guess I’m more in touch with my feminine side because of who raised me.”
“It’s nice,” she said. She was holding the spoon at an angle, and a few drops of ice cream slipped down and landed on her chin. Luca automatically reached over and swiped off the glob with his thumb. He stuck it in his mouth.
“Taste good?” she asked.
He grinned. “Yeah.”
“Have you ever had an ice cream kiss?” Chyna asked.
“Never had any kind of kiss,” Luca admitted.
Chyna leaned in and kissed him. Her lips were soft and cool to the touch. He could taste the vanilla ice cream infused with bits of candy, and he shut his eyes and soaked up the different sensations. Her warm breath was pleasant, and when she slipped in her tongue, Luca felt a stirring in his groin he’d never expected from the brief contact. Christ, it was like she’d groped him or something. Undaunted, he refused to break contact and pressed his tongue against hers. Her response was reassuring. She curled her fingers behind his neck to bring him closer, and he thought he’d get brain freeze from the hot kiss instead of the cool ice cream.
He wanted to keep on kissing her but knew they had to move apart as soon as he heard someone murmur, “Get a room.”
They broke apart, and he looked around to see who’d said it. Ashley had been watching them and looked pissed. Luca’s best guess was that Ashley was still smarting from the time he’d passed up her offer to give him a blowjob way back when practice had first started. His obvious interest in Chyna put her at the top of Ashley’s shit list.
“Your ex-friend seems to have a problem with our kissing,” he whispered, pressing his forehead against Chyna’s.
“There’s nothing she can do or say to spoil this moment for me,” Chyna admitted.
Luca smiled. “Mark the date on your calendar.”
“Our first kiss.” Chyna grinned. “Nice and sticky,” she said, running her tongue over her lips.
“And hot,” Luca added.

Through My Own Lens, Horizons Series: Book 5

Luca Dilorio begins his freshman year at Cornell, while his boyfriend, Chyna Davidson, embarks on a modeling career based out of Manhattan, New York. Although Luca is only a five-hour drive away, he may as well be on another planet. Having watched Chyna’s back for years, Luca struggles with the separation. His new roommate, Zeb Araneda, lends an ear, and a solid friendship is born, but it doesn’t keep Luca from worrying.

Chyna learns to navigate the ups and downs of the modeling industry on his own. However, this proves difficult with Luca micromanaging everything, from Chyna’s diet to his choice in a roommate. After rejecting several candidates, Chyna and Luca decide on fellow model, Alex Boulet, who turns out to be perfect in more ways than one.

An unexpected appearance raises a multitude of concerns, and the entire family—Lil, Grier, Clark, Jody, and Chip—descend upon the young couple to offer their help. Will Luca and Chyna weather the storm or succumb to pressure from multiple fronts?

Excerpt
In this novel, Chyna has shed his female persona, and is trying to make his mark in the world of modeling. This scene takes place after Chyna had a bad reaction to full body waxing.  This excerpt is NSF and meant for adult readers.

Chyna was standing in front of the closet when he walked in with his hands full.
“Whatcha got?”
“Sustenance,” he said, handing over the water and cookies.
“Alex is the best thing that’s come into my life in a long time,” Chyna commented. “I’d be skin and bones without his nurturing.”
“Remind me to hug him tomorrow,” Luca commented. “Have a cookie and then take a pill so we can move on to…shenanigans.”
Chyna chomped down on the cookie with relish. Finished, he popped in the pill and tipped his head back, taking long pulls of water while Luca watched. There was something so fundamentally sexy about a bobbing Adam’s apple, especially when the guy had hair halfway down his back and was wearing candy-striped navy and pink pajama bottoms with a glittery pink drawstring.
Luca stood there, transfixed, unable to take his eyes off the man he’d been in love with since he was fifteen. As irrational as it might seem, the thought that anyone, even if it was work related, had laid hands on Chyna and hurt him filled him with such impotent rage he wanted to break something. Instead, he pushed down his boxers, encouraged when Chyna smiled and pushed down his own pants. The rash was almost gone, leaving a rosy hue over the denuded area. Chyna’s auburn love trail that Luca was so fond of was waxed clean, and he couldn’t stop himself from letting out a soft curse as he took in the full measure of the manscaping. He sighed in relief when he surveyed the closely trimmed but relatively unscathed bush. Chyna placed his hands on top of Luca’s shoulders.
“It’ll grow back.”
“Eventually.” Luca pouted. “I loved your fur.”
They were standing in front of the mirrored closet door. Although an inch shorter, Luca was broader, and when he wrapped his arms around Chyna’s waist and turned him, so they were both facing the mirror, the illusion that he was taller was enhanced. He swallowed convulsively, mesmerized by their image. The marked contrast in coloring—bronze against ivory—was at once beautiful and erotic.
Chyna flipped his long hair over his chest and leaned against Luca, turning his head and meeting Luca halfway as he captured him in a kiss. Tongues explored soft corners, and warm breaths and saliva commingled with soft cries of pleasure. Luca’s right hand slid down past the flat plane of Chyna’s stomach and curled around the warm cock that rose up to meet him, the dewy tip poking through the foreskin enticingly.
He spread the natural lube around in slow circles as his own cock lengthened, pressing against the soft fuzz on Chyna’s butt. Luca spun Chyna around and lifted him up easily. Arms and legs locked into place, Luca shuffled toward the bed, never taking his mouth off Chyna who was making desperate mewling sounds.
When his shins bumped the edge of the mattress, he laid Chyna down gently. Balancing most of his weight on his elbows, he settled into his place between Chyna’s thighs, and they picked up where they’d left off, devouring each other with openmouthed kisses while humping and grinding until they were desperate.
“Let me fuck you,” Luca begged. “Please.”

Being With Him, Horizons Series: Book 6
A Horizons Series Holiday Novella

Zeb Araneda leaves his privileged but closely supervised life in the Philippines to study architecture at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, where his new roommate is openly gay Luca Dilorio.

Alex Boulet is a successful print model who appears to have it all, but on closer inspection, the ready smile never reaches his mesmerizing green eyes. Tired of living alone, Alex moves in with fellow model Chyna Davidson, Luca’s boyfriend.

Away from his father’s watchful eye, and with Luca’s help, Zeb learns to navigate his new environment, and experiences freedom of choice for the first time. This fresh perspective allows him to step out of his comfort zone and act on his attraction to Alex.

The holiday season has always been difficult for Alex. Sappy commercials tug at his heart, and storefront windows depict idealized scenes that remind him of what he’ll never have: a loving partner willing to accept his truth. Will this Christmas be another disappointment, or will Santa finally make his wish come true?

At the club, Zeb got a firsthand look at Alex’s celebrity status. People crowded around him when they walked in, and eyeballed Chyna, who was newer on the scene. They hardly glanced at Zeb and steered clear of Luca, who glowered at anyone who dared to approach his boyfriend.
Alex returned each greeting politely but stayed by Zeb’s side, guiding him through the throng of Saturday night revelers with a steadying arm around his waist. The overt flirting from interested men and women didn’t merit a second glance, which made Zeb feel valued and respected. As the only one in the group who could legally order alcohol, Alex offered to grab some beers, but Zeb confessed he wasn’t much of a drinker and would prefer a toke instead. Alex gave him a wry grin, took his hand, and tugged him toward the restroom. That’s when everything got a little crazy.
The tiny stall could barely fit one person, let alone two. Alex lit the joint he’d pulled out of his pocket and took a long drag. He bent down and captured Zeb’s mouth, shotgunning the strong fumes and turning the experience into delicious foreplay. They did that a couple of times, then flushed the last of the weed down the toilet. Alex lifted Zeb’s chin, waiting a second to see any signs of rejection, but Zeb opened up eagerly. The gentle nibbling gained momentum, turning hungrier in response to his reaction. When Alex’s hands slid down to his asscheeks, Zeb didn’t shy away. He moved closer and began grinding against Alex’s hard thigh, which he’d inserted between Zeb’s legs. Zeb never stopped to wonder what the end result would be. All he knew for sure was that he was craving release, and the corresponding growl rumbling from Alex’s throat told him his feelings were reciprocated. By the time Alex led him to the dance floor, he was painfully hard and looking forward to whatever was coming next.
Blaming weed for this sudden urge to climb all over Alex would be easy, except that was only a part of it. Granted, it had broken down self-imposed barriers and given him the extra boost of confidence to listen to his body instead of his brain. For the first time in recent history, Zeb had acted on impulse, and the result wasn’t unwelcome, just surprising.
He’d had sex with a few women, but none of them had left an indelible mark. Sure, he’d gotten off and could proudly state he was no longer a virgin, but that was it. The physical release had been welcome but the connection that was supposed to follow was missing. Deep in his heart, he felt cheated. Which had led him to the next logical conclusion. Would it be better with a guy?
Fantasizing was one thing, but acting on the attraction was a game changer. He’d never dared to experiment back home, but what could stop him now? Only his scruples, and those faded away as soon as Alex kissed him. The hot lick of desire coiled around his guts like nothing in recent history. Zeb wasn’t sure when the spark between them had been ignited. It could have started that afternoon during the emotional tour or afterward at lunch, when Alex cleared up a few misconceptions about transgender men. Zeb knew his thirst for knowledge was oftentimes misinterpreted, but Alex had been patient instead of telling him to fuck off and mind his own business. He’d also kept his criticism of Zeb’s situation to a minimum. Privately, Alex might have thought the worst, but he’d only exuded sympathy, which had made it easier for Zeb to discuss his father’s draconian rules.
Empathy notwithstanding, there was something about Alex that made him irresistible to Zeb. It wasn’t his eyes, even though they were heart-stopping green, or his generous mouth, which begged to be kissed. His broad shoulders and ripped arms were definite eye-pleasers, but they weren’t what pulled Zeb. Alex could have easily been a domineering asshole, given his size and fame, but he wasn’t. Admittedly, he commanded your full attention when he walked into a room, but he was quietly watchful, preferring to keep to himself, instead of brazenly taking up center stage. It was this humble, almost reticent side of him Zeb found most appealing.
Dancing appeared to be something they both enjoyed, and when the music changed from hip-hop to a slower, more sensual rhythm, Zeb moved into Alex’s open arms and pressed up against him eagerly.
